关于中小企业融资问题研究 -以新尚制衣有限公司为例 摘 要 在我国90%以上的企业都属于中小型企业，中小企业的经济发展状况，会对我国国民经济产生极大的影响，当下我国绝大部分中小型企业，在生产经营过程中都面临着融资难题。 本文以河北省邯郸市的新尚制衣股份有限公司为研究对象，利用数据分析、调查访问法，从外部因素和内部因素两个方面，探讨了新尚制衣有限公司存在的融资难题。首先，本文阐述了本论文的选题背景，以及具体研究意义。然后对企业融资的基础理念进行了分析，接下来根据新尚制衣有限公司近几年来的融资数据，对其融资现状进行了分析。最后总结出了新尚制衣有限公司存在的融资问题，提出了具体的解决策略。旨在有效解决新尚制衣有限公司在融资过程中面临的困境，能为我国中小型企业解决融资问题提供一定的借鉴。 关键词：中小企业；融资难；融资策略  Research?on?the?financing?of?small?and?medium-sized?enterprises——Taking?Xinshang?Garment?Co.?LTD.?as?an?example Abstract In China more than 90% of enterprises belong to small and medium-sized enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises economic development status, will also affect the development of Chinas socialist market economy. In this paper, the new Shang Garment Co., Ltd. in Hanhan, Hebei province, as the research object, using data analysis, investigation and access method, from the external factors and internal factors two aspects, discussed the financing difficulties existing in the New Garment Co., Ltd. the paper studies the concept of corporate finance, and then analyzes the financing status of Xinshang Garment Co., Ltd. based on the financing data of Xinshang Garment Co., Ltd. in recent years, and finds out the trouble of Xinshang Garment Co., Ltd. The problem is raised and the corresponding development strategy is proposed. Aiming to improve the financing ability of Xinshang Garment Co., Ltd., and to provide some suggestion for the other SMEs.
