传媒类企业融资渠道问题研究 —以吉尼颂文化传播公司为例 摘要：信息时代的快速崛起带来的是文化的发展与进步，而作为我国文化产业核心部分的传媒类企业，其发展态势很大程度上决定了文化产业的结构发展。为此，国家越发加大对传媒类企业的支持。我国传媒类企业在不断地更新迭代，推陈出新，其独有的特殊属性逐渐显露出来，而文化传媒产品的进步也显示出国民经济的不断增长，人民生活水平的日益提高，传媒类企业也在为经济增长添砖加瓦。研究首先从了解传媒类企业的特性及其融资特点入手，其次，分析传媒类企业当前面临的市场经济状况，找出该类企业在融资现状、融资渠道等方面存在的一些问题，并对这些问题产生的原因进行剖析。最后，从国家层面、金融市场等方面提出解决传媒类企业融资渠道中存在问题的建议，以期实现传媒类企业更好、更快地发展。 关键词：传媒企业；融资渠道；融资方式 A study on financing channels of media enterprises -- Take JiNisong culture communication company as an example Abstract: The rapid rise of the information age brings about the development and progress of culture. As the core part of Chinas cultural industry, the development of media enterprises largely determines the development of the structure of the cultural industry. To this end, the state has increased its support. Media enterprises are constantly updating and iterating, bringing forth the new through the old, and their unique attributes are gradually revealed. The progress of cultural media products also shows the continuous growth of the national economy and the improvement of peoples living standards. Media enterprises are also contributing to economic growth. This paper starts with the understanding of the characteristics of media enterprises and their financing characteristics. Secondly, it analyzes the current situation of the market economy, finds out the financing status quo and financing channels of these enterprises, and analyzes the causes of these problems. Finally, the paper puts forward Suggestions to solve the problems existing in financing channels from the national level and financial market, so as to achieve better and faster development of media enterprises.
