龟兔赛跑英语故事阅读 The Hare and the Tortoise There once was a speedy Hare who bragged about how fast he could run. Tired of hearing him boast, the Tortoise challenged him to a race. All the animals in the forest gathered to watch. 从前有一只兔子到处炫耀自己跑的有多快。厌倦了兔子的吹牛皮，一只叫做稳扎稳打的乌龟，于是向兔子发出了挑战——赛跑比赛。森林里的动物们都集中起来观看比赛。 The Hare ran down the road for a while and then and paused to rest. The hare was once boasting of his speed before the other animals. I have never been beaten, he said, when I run at full speed, no one is faster than me.
