This investigation focuses5 sisterofficial account as an example, carry out a series of investigation on the advantages,disadvantages and development trend of knowledge payment platform. “5 sister”official account’s main consumer is mother this social group, the main purpose is to these like sewing and handwork people while creating the course, the official account publishes courses regularly, consumers spend money to get the lessons they want to learn. This investigation mainly through questionnaire survey, literature analysis and interview three ways to conduct a survey of the 5 sister official account. Through data analysis 5 sister official account, find out about customer satisfaction and buying behavior, and propose corresponding solutions, and plan for the future development of the official account.
