PAGE II 速腾1.2T紧凑型轿车变速器设计  摘要 变速器是车辆传动系统的重要零部件，其对车辆的动力性、经济性与操纵手感等性能有着十分重要的影响，尽管传统的机械手动式变速器有着许多如操纵不便、换挡不平顺与尺寸较大的缺点，但是其传动效率高、成本低、制造工艺不复杂的优点，使得其依旧受到众多车厂的欢迎。 本次设计主要以新款速腾1.2T紧凑型轿车的变速器设计为主目标，对该车型的变速器配置进行了了解、分析与设计，本次设计的主要内容包括：确定变速器的总体设计方案，更具参考车型的参数对变速器主要参数进行计算，依据一系列的变速器设计经验公式确定变速器各个部件的参数尺寸，并对齿轮、轴与轴承进行了校核计算，选择与分析了同步器和换挡机构中的零部件，最后依据这一系列计算出的结果进行三维建模与出工程图纸。 关键词： 变速器，齿轮，轴，换挡机构，设计 全套图纸加扣 3346389411或3012250582 Abstract The transmission is an important part of the vehicle transmission system, which has a very important influence on the performance of the vehicles power, economy and handling feel.
