PAGE PAGE 1 关于高校人才培养模式改革的理性思考 　　 　　伍光明 　　Rational Thoughts of the Reform of Talents Training Mode in Colleges and Universities 　　WU Guang-ming 　　（Guizhou University of Commerce， Guiyang 550004， China） 　　【摘 要】随着我国国民经济的不断发展和社会生活水平的不断提高，国家建设对于高素质人才的需求越来越大。高校的人才培养模式也应该顺应时代的发展，不断进行改革和完善。高校人才培养模式的改革需要打破现有教育模式的局限性，结合市场需求来实现。鉴于我国的经济体制发展模式有其特点，现阶段，我国的高校人才培养模式存在许多问题，在专业设置、教育费用和课程实践等诸方面都需要进一步改革完善。论文将理性地探讨我国高校人才培养模式存在的问题，现阶段的改革成果和未来的改革方向。 　　【Abstract】 With the continuous development of Chinas national economy and the continuous improvement of social living standards， the demand for high-quality talents in national construction is growing. The mode of talent training in colleges and universities should also conform to the development of the times， and constantly carry out reform and improvement. In order to achieve the reform of talent training mode in colleges and universities， it needs to break the limitations of the existing education mode and combine with the market demand. In view of the characteristics of Chinas economic system development mode， at this stage， there are many problems in the talent training mode of Chinas colleges and universities， which needs further reform and improvement in the aspects of specialty setting， education cost and curriculum practice. This paper will rationally discuss the problems existing in the talent training mode of colleges and universities in China， the achievements of the reform at this stage and the direction of the reform in the future. 　　【关键词】人才培养;培养模式;改革 　　【Keywords】 talent training; training mode; reform 　　【中图分类号】C961 【文献标志码】A 【文章编号】1673-1069（2020）03-0106-02 　　1 引言 　　现阶段我国的高校人才培养模式存在着一些弊端，影响到大学生的就业情况和经济的发展，这就需要结合我国的实际情况来进行高校人才培养模式的改革。我国高校的人才培养模式不能只注重高等教育，也要增强高职教育的投入力度，而且目前的就业模式更多地趋向于大学生和工作岗位的双向互选，这就对大学生的实践能力提出了更高的要求，这也是高校人才培养模式需要重视的一个因素，并且在课程的设计安排上也要与时俱进，推出更多适应市场规律的新课程。 　　2 高校人才培养模式的分类 　　2.1 高职生培养模式 　　高职教育的培养模式十分注重培养人才的实践能力，把社会实践和学校教育紧密联系起来，从而提升学生的综合素质。选择进入高职院校的学生本身也大都是自身职业规划较为明确的，所以对于专业技术
