中国高新技术产品出口的影响因素分析 摘要：我国的贸易在 1978 年改革开放后得到了长远的发展，而在“科技兴贸”这个 战略实施后，贸易出口的重要组成部分已包含了高新技术产品。国际经验表明，高附加 值高新技术产品的出口具有快速增长和充足耐力的特点。它已成为未来国际贸易的发展 趋势，会成为各国竞相追逐的焦点。 在机遇和挑战的双重作用下，我国在高新技术产业中肩负着引导制造业发展的重 任。通过选取人民币兑美元汇率、中国的 GDP 和 RD 经费支出这三个变量来研究影响中 国高新技术产品出口的因素得出的结论后，提出了提高我国高新技术产品出口竞争力、 提高国际市场占有率的相关方案和建议。同时，这些都是根据前辈们研究的结果，在理 论基础上得出的。 关键词：高新技术产品；知识产权；RD；经济发展水平 Analysis on the Influencing Factors of High- tech Products Export in China Abstract: After Chinas reform and opening up, trade has made long-term development. Especially since the implementation of the strategy of reinforcing trade with science and technology, the export of high-tech products has become an important part of trade exports. International experience shows that the export of high-tech products with high added value has the characteristics of rapid growth and sufficient stamina. It has become the development trend of international trade in the future and has become the focus of all countries competing to chase. In the dual role of opportunities and challenges, China’s high-tech industry shoulders the heavy responsibility of leading the development of manufacturing. Based on previous studies, this article focuses on the analysis of the factors affecting the export of high-tech products in China from the perspective of economic environment and enterprise technology. On the basis of theoretical analysis, empirical analysis was conducted by selecting three variables: the exchange rate of the yuan against the US dollar, Chinas GDP, and RD expenditure.
