PAGE IX PAGE IX “心灵助手”3D聊天机器人的 设计与开发 摘 要 近年来自杀已成为一种极为严重的现象，其所产生的影响极其恶劣，这种现象在大学生中尤为突出。据调查大学生中自杀的原因大多是因为心理、情感方面的问题，当代大学生中很大一部分都存在或轻或重的各种心理问题，严重者极易产生轻生的念头。因此，关注在校大学生的心理健康状况变得极为重要。设计一款聊天机器人，对于这种现象或许会有好的帮助。 聊天机器人种类众多，根据适用的范围不同，所运用的技术也存在着区别，本文所研究的是使用检索模型的机器人。检索型聊天机器人是自动问答系统的另一种特殊形式，它的特点是通过匹配的方式，类似于模仿人类平时说话的语言习惯，找到与所提出的问题匹配度最高的答案。检索模型所使用的回复语句通常是预先存储且事先定义的数据集，并不像生成式模型，类似于人类说话一样，创造出未知的回复内容。该系统所使用的语料库则是研究人员亲自在专业的心理文档网站上下载并进行整理的，其中包括有了几百条心理咨询师与咨询者的对话记录。 关键词：聊天机器人；检索；语料库；关键字  ABSTRACT In recent years, suicide has become an extremely serious phenomenon, and its impact is extremely bad. This phenomenon is particularly prominent among college students. According to the survey, most of the reasons for suicide among college students are psychological and emotional problems. A large part of contemporary college students have various psychological problems of minor or serious severity. In severe cases, they are prone to commit suicide. Therefore, it is extremely important to pay attention to the mental health of college students. Designing a chat bot may be of good help to this phenomenon. There are many types of chat bots, and there are differences in the technology used according to the scope of application. This article is studying the bots that use retrieval models. Retrieval chatbot is another special form of automatic question answering system. Its characteristic is to find the answer with the highest matching degree to the question raised by the way of matching, which is similar to imitating the language habits of human beings. The reply sentence used by the retrieval model is usually a pre-stored and pre-defined data set. It is not like a generative model, which is similar to human speech, which creates unknown reply content. The corpus used by the system was personally downloaded and sorted by the researcher on the professional psychological document website, including hundreds of conversation records between the counselor and the counselor.
