PAGE PAGE # / 50 摘要 在以人为本的今天，人因工程学在企业车间现场改善中的应用是现代 工业工程研咒和应用的热点。本文以徐工建机钢结构车间为研究和应用的 背景，试图从人因工程学的角度，研究和探索车间现场改善及其方法应用。 本文在参阅有关人因丄程学研究和应用文献的基础上，阐述和归纳了 人因工程学的基本概念、基本研究方法和研究内容。从徐工建机钢结构车 间现场现状入手，对车间现场环境中不良工效因素，包括噪音及温度、湿 度、照明状况等作了详细调査和分析，总结并归纳了目前存在的问题。 从系统匸程的角度出发，运用了人因匸程学理论和方法完成了企业人 因工程改善方案的整体设计，确定了现场环境改善方案的设计目标和设II 原则，提出了具体的改善方案和相应的整改措施，并对改善后的预期效果 进行了分析。 关键词：人因工程学， 钢结构，现场改善 Abstract In people oriented society.more and more panics have applied humanfactors engineering to improve the enterprise workshop.Based on background of Xu gong construction machinery bninchjhis dissertation aims to apply human-factors engineering to research and explorer workshop site improvement. Referring to the related literatures on human-factors engineering,basic concepts,basic research methods as well as the content under research of humanfactors engineering arc illustrated and summarized in this dissertation.On base of investigating workshops of Xugong construction machinery branch the existing problems on the inefficiency in the environment factors over workshops are analyzed,which including noiseJemperature.humidityjighting conditions and so on. From the view points of system engineering and tasking use of humanfactors engineering theory and method,the enterprise human-factors engineering improvement framework design is proposed.which set the design objectives and design principles workshop improvement program.And we proposed specific solutions to environment noise and temperature,huinidity in workshopjllumination in quality inspection shop,work space in the workshop.and the relevant measures are also putted forward.
