- - - -可修编- 摘要 在我国，焊接变位机也已悄然成为制造业的一种不可缺少的设备。近十年来，这一产品在我国工程机械行业，有了较大的开展，并获得了广泛的应用。使用焊接变位机可缩短焊接辅助时间，提高劳动生产率，减轻工人劳动强度，保证和改善焊接质量，并可充分发挥各种焊接方法的效能。随着计算机技术不断向智能化开展，自动控制和信息技术在制造业中的广泛应用，焊接变位机也朝着智能化、多功能化、大型化、集成化、高精度、高可靠度方向开展。本文主要论述了焊接变位机的组成，构造及工作原理。其中它的回转机构和倾斜机构是本次设计的核心局部，直流电动机通过带轮传动，涡轮蜗杆减速器传动，使回转工作台到达要求回转速度，倾斜机构那么通过二级齿轮传动实现工作台翻转，主要涉及到齿轮传动设计及轴的设计与校核等。 关键词：焊接变位机械；回转机构；减速器；倾斜机构 Abstract In our country, welding positioner has quietly bee an indispensable manufacturing equipment. Over the past decade, the product has made significant development and access to a wide range of applications in the field of construction machinery industry in China. The application of welding positioner can reduce the time and raise labor productivity, reduce labor intensity of workers, to assure and improve the welding quality,and give full play to the performance of various welding methods.As puter technology continues to bee intelligent, and a wide range of applications of automatic control and information technology in manufacturing Industry, welding positioneralso towards to bee intelligent, multi-functional, and large-scale, integrated, high-precision, high reliability .
