教学目标

能够理解Read and write的四则社团招募通知内容;
能够根据思维导图提取信息完善社团招募公告;

能够提取语篇中的关键信息制作思维导图;

培养通过了解对方的兴趣爱好结交志同道合的朋友的意识。

三、教学过程
Step 1 Are-reading
Greetings
Warming up: sing the song “My new pen pal”
Revision
Use the mind maps review the phrases or words about hobbies.
Memory game
T: Who’s this boy? He’s Zhang Peng’s pen pal - Peter. What are Peter’s hobbies? Do you remember?(IRS抢答)
T: XX, What are your hobbies?
T:What are your partner’s hobbies? You can ask her/him.
4. Lead in
T: Do you know my hobby? Guess! ... I like taking photos very much. So this term I am going to find some partners. Look! I made a notice. Can I put it on the window? Can I put it on the desk? ... No. I should put it on the notice board.
(2) T: Who also likes taking photos? Please stand up and say “Me, too!”
T: So we can take photos together. We can found a photography club.
(3) T: On the notice board there are another four notices. Who made these notices? What are the notices for?
Step 2 While-reading
Group work: share the mind map in a group and choose the best one to share with whole class.
T: Before the class, you’ve read the text by yourself and find out some key points. Take out your mind map and share in your group. Here are some tips for you.

T: From the mind map, what else can you get?
The second reading: ask students to read the text again and try to get more details.
T: We’ve know who made the notices. Can you get more details about the clubs? For example, when are they going? Where are they going? What are they going to do?
