摘 要 本工程的工程全名为东阳市国土业务用房、村镇规划管理和司法业务用 房停车场工程，本次设计的是两幢市政用房，一个停车场。本工程建筑结构 为框架结构，停车场为地下一层，建筑面积 15654.52 平方米，国土业务用 房为六层，建筑面积 12578.6 平方米，村镇规划管理和司法业务用房六层， 建筑面积 12593.98 平方米，国土、村镇用房连廊为两座两层框架结构，建 筑面积 771.8 平方米。总建筑面积 41598.9 平方米。抗震设防烈度小于 6 度，为丙类；设计使用年限 50 年。 在本次施工组织设计中，涵盖了大量的施工工艺，包括了施工测量与沉 降观测，土方、桩基工程，钢筋工程的施工，砼工程的施工，模板工程的施 工，砌体工程的施工工艺的多种施工工艺。而且为了让工程能快速的，完美 的，完全的完成施工，本施工组织设计安排了一系列的施工部署，确保工程 安全生产，确保工期顺利进行，确保工程质量尽善尽美，达到大家所期望的 成果。 关键词 ：框架结构；施工工艺；施工部署 Abstract This engineering project name is dongyang territory business room, town planning administration and judicial business car park project, the design is two municipal buildings, a parking lot.
