简易五自由度焊接机械手的设计
摘要:五自由度焊接机械手具有焊接质量稳定,改善工人劳动条件,提高劳动生产率等特点,广泛应用于各个行业。本文结合实际生产中的应用设计一种简易的五自由度焊接机械手,分析传动系统方案的选择,给出了机械手的总体结构和工作原理,使焊接机械手具有结构紧凑、精度高、制造成本低廉等优点。
