有关心外科护理论文 【摘要】急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者多病情凶险，进展迅速，呼吸衰竭是AOPP的主要死亡原因，而机械通气则是抢救AOPP所致呼吸衰竭的重要措施。我院ICU 2001年5月～2021年12月采用机械通气抢救AOPP并发呼吸衰竭患者37例，除2例因服毒量大、中毒时间长引起多脏器功能衰竭死亡之外，余均脱机成功痊愈出院，现将护理体会总结如下。 【关键词】中毒;有机磷;病情;呼吸衰竭;抢救Acute organic phosphorus pesticide poisoning sends nursing which the breath failure good machinery ventilates 【Abstract】Acute specific weight organic phosphorus pesticide poisoning patient multi-conditions , the progress is rapid, the breath failure is the AOPP main cause of death, but the machinery ventilates is rescues AOPP to be the result of the breath failure important measure.
