摘要 随着计算机信息技术的发展，现代企业生产规模的不断扩大和竞争的日益加剧，市场 对企业物流系统提出了新的要求，自动化立体仓库越来越受到关注并得到广泛应用。堆垛 机是立体仓库的关键起重，搬运设备。本文论述了自动化立体仓库中堆垛机控制系统的原 理，结构和特点，介绍堆垛机的控制系统的设计，以及堆垛机的速度控制和精确定位方法 针对立体仓库的存取特点，对堆垛机的硬件部分进行设备选型与参数计算，设计出电气原 理图。并给出了 PLC控制程序梯形图。 关键词：堆垛机；PLC ;控制系统 Abstract With the development of computer information technology , increasingly expanding of modern enterprise production scale and more fierce market competition , new requirements of enterprise logistics by market are emerging , and automated high-rise warehouses gains more attention and have been used widely , SRM is the most important conveying and lifting equipment in automated high-rise warehouse .Thispaper introduces the control of the SRM that is used in an automated space warehouse. In view of the store and fetch characteristic in the Automated High-rise Storage .The paper had carried on the equipmentselection and the parameter computation on the hardware of Storage and Retrieval Machine,haddrawn the electrical principle diagram.The design of control system for SRM is discussed .The program of the PLC is also given.
