20XX第六届“博创杯”全国大学生嵌入式设计大赛 基于嵌入式技术的WMS解决方案 WMS Based On Embedded Technology Solutions 院 校：电子科技大学中山学院 作 者：刘杰辉 谭继安 陈子醉 指导老师：邓春健 20XX年6月 摘 要 随着经济全球化进程的加快和市场竞争的加剧，以及企业规模的扩大，越来越多的企业 认识到现代物流的重要性与必要性。在现代物流的整个环节中，应用仓储信息化管理，可以帮 助我们合理有效地利用仓库空间，以最快速、最正确、最低本钱的方式为客户提供最好的效劳。 高效科学的仓储可以帮助企业加快物资流动的速度，保障生产的顺利进行，并且可以实现对资 源的有效控制和管理。比照国内外，传统的仓储管理系统存在着设备落后、管理模式单一、资 源浪费严重等问题。本文针对上述存在的问题，将WiFi技术、RFID技术以及嵌入式操作系统 引入到现代仓库管理系统中，开发出一种基于嵌入式技术的WMS解决方案。实现了对仓库中的 各种作业环节的数据自动化管理，同时将防盗，语音传话等要素融入到系统中，提高了仓库管 理的精确性、高效性和平安性，有利于企业降低本钱、减少失误和提高经济效益。 关键词：仓储信息化管理，WMS解决方案，WiFi, RFID； Abstract Nowadays , with the process of economic globalization, the exacerbation of competition and the enlargement of the scope of enterprise , more and more enterprises recognize the importance and necessity of modern logistics. The application of storage and information management to modern logistics can help us to optimize the warehouse space, and to provide the customers the service in the fastest, the best , and the most cost effective manner. The high efficient and scientific storage can help companies accelerate the speed of material flow, ensure the smooth going of production, and achieve the effective control and management of resources. Comparing the inside and outside warehouse management system , the traditional one has a lot of insufficient department departments, such as out-date equipments, the single management mechanism , serious waste of resources and so on. As is stated above, ,this paper introduces WiFi 、 RFID and the embedded operating system to the modern warehouse management system, and has developed an approach based on embedded technology WMS solution. On this base , the paper has achieved the automatic management of the warehouse in various job sectors of data , while combined with theft, voice message and other elements, improving the accuracy, efficiency and security of the warehouse management to cut down the cost, reduce the mistakes and improve the economic efficiency.
