Then it makes a comparison between China and Japanese about electronic commerce’s role in economy and trade at home and abroad, people’s trust in electronic commerce, the two countries’ laws and regulations. And then the paper will find the common points and difference through them. Because the development of Chinas e-commerce is not as mature as Japan, this paper finds that Japan takes its advantage in the using of e-commerce through the comparison.
