槐花中清除自由基活性物质的提取工艺研究 安徽农业科学,Journal of Anhui Agri .Sci .2009 ,37 5 :2049 - 2050 ,2053 责任编辑 姜丽 责任校对 张士敏 槐花中清除自由基活性物质的提取工艺研究 * 宋彦,董银卯,王友升 ,李莉,沙孛目文 北京工商大学植物资源研究开发北京市重点实验室, 北京 100037 摘要 [ 目的] 研究槐花中清除自由基活性物质的提取工艺。[ 方法] 通过正交试验确定了槐花清除 DPPH 自由基、羟自由基和超氧阴离 子的活性物质的最佳提取工艺。[ 结果] 结果表明, 槐花中清除 DPPH 自由基的活性物质的最佳提取工艺为: 以50 % 乙醇为提取溶剂, 预 处理时间12 h, 提取时间1 h ;清除羟自由基的活性物质的最佳提取工艺为:以30 % 乙醇为提取溶剂, 预处理时间12 h, 提取时间2 h ;清除 超养阴离子的活性物质的最佳提取工艺为: 以50 % 乙醇为提取溶剂, 预处理时间0 h , 提取时间1 h。提取液浓度是影响槐花中清除 DPPH 自由基、羟自由基和超氧阴离子的活性物质的最主要因素。[ 结论] 为槐花提取物应用于抗衰老食品提供理论依据。 关键词 槐花; 自由基清除能力; 正交试验 中图分类号 S794 .9 文献标识码 A 文章编号 0517 -05 - 02049 - 02 Study onthe Extraction Technique for Free Radical Scavenging SubstancefromPogadatree Flower Sophora japonica L .
