农村基础设施投资运营模式研究论文 摘要：文章首先提出创新农村基础设施投资运营模式的重要意义，然后对我国农村基础设施建设存在问题及其原因做了详细分析；最后，根据我国农村的实际情况，借鉴城市基础设施建设的一些做法，提出了在构建稳定的政府财政投入积累机制的同时，要实施BT模式、PPP模式、“一事一议”筹资筹劳模式、特许经营权管理模式等多样化的农村基础设施投资运营模式。 关键词：农村基础设施投资运营模式BT模式 Abstract：Thisarticlefirstlyproposesthesignificanceofinnovatinginvestmentoperationalmodelofruralinfrastructure,thendoesadetailedanalysisontheproblemsandthereasonsofruralinfrastructureconstructioninChina.Finally,inaccordancewiththeactualsituationofruralareasandthemethodoftheurbaninfrastructure,thearticleputsforwardinbuildingastablegovernmentfinancialinputaccumulationmechanism,att
