摘要 专用摊铺机是综合了沥青混凝土摊铺机和沥青洒布机的产品结构特点，根据超薄 层沥青混凝土摊铺和改性乳化沥青表面处置施工工艺要求，实现乳化沥青封层和沥青 级配混合料薄层快速摊铺同步施工作业，进行创新设计的新型施工设备。通过同步进 行道路表面沥青封层和薄层沥青混凝土摊铺，有效的修复路面裂纹、车辙、拥包等缺 陷．构建道路新的磨耗层 具有快速摊铺，快速成型，快速通车．施工效率高，施工 质量好等突出优点。 本设计主要针对超薄型摊铺机，该种摊铺机将高性能摊铺技术与先进的乳化沥青 喷洒技术融为一体，既可同步进行乳化沥青喷洒及沥青混合料摊铺的薄层沥青罩面作 业，也可以分别用作沥青混合料摊铺和乳化沥青喷洒。对超薄型沥青摊铺机熨平装置 进行设计，采用液压伸缩式熨平板和单振捣系统，再加上振动熨平板而使摊铺层达到 相应的厚度和平整度，并通过相应的计算与分析得出一些结论。 关键词：摊铺机，沥青洒布，熨平板，单振捣，平整度 ABSTRACT Is a combination of dedicated paver asphalt paver and asphalt spreader product structure characteristics, according to the thin layer of asphalt concrete paving and modified asphalt emulsion surface disposal of construction technology requirements to achieve emulsified asphalt seal coat and asphalt grading mix paving thin fast synchronous construction operations, for innovative design of the new construction equipment.
