Greetings and show the goal for this class. (1)Daily greetings to the Ss (2) Show the goal for this class. 2. Warm up and lead-in (1)Warm up Teacher: My best friend Carol has recently moved to the US. Recently she shared her school trip with me. Now let me share it with you .Ss read the messages. (2) Lead-in Teacher : I want to know Carol’s school trip to Tokyo. So she sent me a video Let’s watch the video. Later she sent me some photos. Let’s look at her photos and guess where she is. Ss learn some new words in this class. 3. Presentation (呈现新知识) Present the simple past tense and show some simple past verbs. Teacher: Let’s look at the photo. What does Carol do? She rides a horse. Ss read after the teacher Teacher: What did Carol do yesterday? She rode a horse. Ss read after the teacher and learn about the past form of the verb. The teacher teaches Ss to learn about simple past tense and simple past tense. 4. Work on 1aTeachers check Ss by doing a game and then do 1a.
