How satisfied/dissatisfied were you with that，and why?  I was one of the students recommended by our college to attend the 7th BASF Greater China Industry Summer Course this summer. During the summer course, we are required to perform a presentation by a team,and I was the leader of the presentation part.In the process of preparing the presentation,I came up with a good idea but it needed my team members to corporate with each other. I assigned the task according the every member’s character and encouraged everyone in my team. I prepared all the tools and texts they needed.Through our efforts and practice, at last, we are praised by the observers in BASF and got the most innovative team award.  2. What was the biggest achievement you have accomplished in university? Please  describe how you did to get it done?  I think the biggest achievement in my university is that i took part in the preparation for commencement,actually,i was the main assistant of my counselor,and we together plan the whole graduate ceremony. During this process, there are so many details and we have to pay attention to every part,including the people counting,seatingarrangments,issueinvitations,and the whole process.I have to check every part carefully and make coordinations.But at last, I have made a perfect commencement,and every student all enjoy this perfect moment.  3.Please describe one of the most challenging tasks you have had in university.
