最新 精品 Word 欢迎下载 可修改 天津职业技术师范大学 Tianjin University of Technology and Education 毕 业 设 计 专 业： 机械制造工艺教育 班级学号： 学生姓名： 指导教师： 副教授 二〇一二 年 六 月 天津职业技术师范大学本科生毕业设计 基于DE的仿生抓夹式夹具创新设计 Innovative design ofBionic Catch Clip type Fixture Based on DE 专业班级：机制0711班 学生姓名：郑~~ 指导教师： 副教授 学 院：机械工程学院 2022年 6月 摘 要 为了明确仿生抓夹式夹具技术目前和未来发展的研究思路，拓宽其研究领域，跳出仿生抓夹式夹具固有的技术范畴，从更高的理论层面对其进行分析，为其未来发展领域寻求具有理论支持的技术方向。 本文将TRIZ的直接进化理论引入到仿生抓夹式夹具中来，根据它的进化模式和多条进化路线来对仿生抓夹式夹具技术进行分析，发现其进化潜能。这里主要通过对反馈可控性、减少人为干预、动态化三条路线进行分析，对仿生抓夹式夹具技术将来可能的发展方向做出准确判断和预测。 通过对仿生抓夹式夹具的预测，对其做出创新设计。运用TRIZ理论中的冲突及发明创新原理，对问题进行分析，得出技术冲突，即适应性及多用性与系统的复杂性的冲突。根据冲突矩阵表，查出发明创新原理，运用其中的动态性和机械系统替代原理，设计出伸缩抓夹夹具和吸附式夹具。 关键词：直接进化理论；仿生抓夹式夹具；进化模式；创新设计 ABSTRACT For present and future development of the fixtures’ technology clear thinking,broden the research field, jumped out of the inherent fixture technology category, from the theoretical level to analyze it, for the future development field of fixture looking for the technology trends of theory support. the paper quoted Directed evolution theory of TRIZ to the Bionic Catch Clip type Fixture.According to its Patterns of technological evolution and multiple evolutionary lines to analyze bionic catch clip type fixture technologies, and find its evolutionary potential. There mainly through feedback control, reducing human intervention, dynamic route for analysis, on the development direction of the possible future has made accurate judgment and the forecast.
