论农地征收中现存的问题以及对农民权益的法律爱护 摘 要 ：目前，全国失地农民的数量己达4000 万人，估计到 2020 年将达一亿。在社会主 义新农村建设如火如荼进行的今天，随着工业化、城镇化步伐的加快，农村土地越来越多被征 收。据估量，为维护社会公共利益需要，我国目前爱护失地农民权益的机制还很不完善，我国土 地征收制度越来越暴露出其不适应性，直接影响到农民的长远生计和社会的长治久安。为使我国 的土地征收制度适应市场经济的要求，又能促进农地流转的农地制度体系，我国确立了土地征收 制度，但实践中，土地征收过程中，损害农民权益及农民集体利益的情形时有发生，并对社会稳 定产生了消极的影响。一定尽快建立一个既能确保适度管制，以更好地维护农民的合法权益。 关键词 ：农地征收；问题；法律爱护 Abstract: at present, the number of land-lost farmers throughout the country has 40 million people, is expected to reach one hundred million by 2020. In order to make our countrys land expropriation system to meet the needs of market economy, and can promote farmland circulation of farmland system, established the system of land expropriation in our country, but in practice, the process of land expropriation, and damage the interest of farmers and the farmer collective interests, and have a negative impact on social stability.
