毕业设计说明书 本科毕业论文（设计） 题目： 年产3亿粒藿香正气胶囊工艺及车间设计 姓 名： 学 号： 学 院： 专 业： 班 级： 指导教师： 年 月  PAGE III 摘要参考赵智慧的去写摘要 参考赵智慧的去写摘要 本设计为年产3亿粒藿香正气胶囊剂的生产车间设计。此设计生产方式为间歇式生产，年工作日250天，单班制，每班8小时。制备内容主要包括粉碎筛分、配料、制粒、干燥、整粒、填充。设计内容主要包括制备方式、工艺流程、物料衡算、设备选型、厂房布置以及“三废”处理。此次设计结合所学相关知识和实际生产，研究藿香正气胶囊制剂的工艺及车间设计，根据国家药品监督管理局颁发的《药品生产质量管理规范》的要求和药品生产需求，遵守《洁净厂房设计规范》，根据相关物料，热量衡算，进行设备选型，选择合适的工艺及车间生产流程，设计一个符合要求的节能、环保的新生产车间。此次设计促进了我们对胶囊制剂相关的了解，提高了将课本知识和实际情况相结合的能力。 关键词：藿香正气胶囊；工艺流程；设备选型；车间设计 Abstract The design is for the production workshop with an annual output of 300 million Huoxiang Zhengqi capsules. This design production method is intermittent production, working 250 days a year, single-shift system, 8 hours per shift. The preparation content mainly includes crushing and screening, proportioning, granulation, drying, whole granulation and filling.The design content mainly includes preparation methods, process flow, material balance, equipment selection, plant layout and three wastes treatment. This design combines relevant knowledge learned and actual production to study the process and workshop design of Huoxiangzhengqi capsule preparations. According to the requirements of the Good Manufacturing Practice for Drugs issued by the National Medical Products Administration and the requirements of drug production, comply with the Clean Workshop Design Specification, according to the relevant materials, heat balance, equipment selection, selection of appropriate technology and workshop production process, and design a new energy-saving and environmentally-friendly production workshop that meets the requirements.
