They are the most dynamic and important part of Chinas economic construction and play a great role in promoting economic growth and expanding employment. However, the small and medium-sized enterprises capital chain is weak, and the problem of financing difficulty has become an obstacle to the further development of small and medium-sized enterprises. This paper studies the current situation of debt financing of small and medium-sized enterprises, the main difficulties they are facing and the reasons for these difficulties, and puts forward relevant suggestions based on theory and practice to give full play to the positive role of small and medium-sized enterprises in the national economy.
