Teaching process： Step 1: Showing a picture Show a picture first,try to attract the students’ interest.Then show them the eight words: Three persons: man - men woman - women child - chidren Three animals: mouse - mice giraffe - giraffes goose - geese The other two :tooth -teeth foot - feet 设计意图：通过图片降低学生学习的难度，提高趣味性。 Step 2: Poem Express persons in a country by two words. Chinese - Chinese Japanese - Japanese Englishman - Englishmen Frenchman - Frenchmen German - Germans Canadian - Canadians 设计意图：通过“中日不变英法变，其他s加后面”这句话加深学生的印象，便于学生掌握。 Step 3:Three words: 绵羊 (sheep - sheep）鹿（deer - deer）鱼（fish - fish),三个单复同形。 Step 4:o+es Negro - Negroes hero - heroes tomato - tomatoes potato - potatoes 设计意图：通过“黑人、英雄爱吃西红柿、土豆”，学生能很好地掌握以上4个词汇。（其它以o结尾的直接+s,比如：photo， zoo） Step 5: Five words news、maths、works、physics、politics.
