摘要： 本文分析了大功率 LED光源热的产生、 传导， 依据热阻基本公式推导出比较完整的热阻计 算公式和测试方法， 并讨论了计算、 测试热阻对大功率 LED封装设计的实践意义和应用产品的热 量处理。 关键词： 热量管理 P-N 结温 热阻 Thermal Analyse and Design of High-Power LED Abstract: This paper introduce the heat produce and conduct of High-Power LED lighting source,then conclude the formula for calculating heat resistance and show a test method. The practice meaning of calculation and test method for High-Power LED ‘s design has been discussed, we give some thermal managemen
