食品废水工艺设计论.pdf

摘 要 本设计主要对食品废水的处理进行初步设计，以解决其带来的环境污染 问题。 针对该废水有机污染物浓度较高，易生化降解，悬浮物含量高的特点， 经过多种方案的比较， 本设计最终采用 SBR 为主体的工艺流程。 流程简述为： 首先对污水进行预处理和一级处理，主要有格栅、调节池等构筑物，其目的 是去除部分悬浮颗粒。继而进行生化处理，主要采用的是 SBR 反应池，其目 的是去除水中大部分有机物。流程中产生的污泥通过浓缩和脱水处理后外运。 本流程对处理食品废水具有处理效果高、操作简单、运行稳定、费用低、 污泥产量少的特点。并且初步预算表明，该工艺能带来较好的经济效益和环 境效益。 本设计对格栅、调节池、鼓风机房、 SBR 反应池、污泥浓缩池等构筑物 进行了详细的计算，编制设计说明书一份；且绘制了厂区总平面图、工艺流 程图、高程图各一张及主要构筑物 SBR 反应池和污泥浓缩池图各一张。 关键词： 食品废水； SBR 反应池；曝气；污泥浓缩池 Abstract 1 / 47 This design mainly carries on the preliminary design to food waste waters processing, solves the environmental pollution problem which it brings. Against the characteristics of high concentration of organic matters, easy biodegradation and high levels of suspended solids，the sequencing batch reactor (SBR) process was finally adopted by comparison. The processcan be summarized as follows:First, pretreatmentwas carried out to remove suspended particles and the main structures including grille ，regulating pool and so on. And then the SBR tank was used as biological treatment and the majority of organic matter were removed here. Sludge generated by the flow was moves away after concentration and dehydration. This flow to processesfood waste water to have the processing effect to be high, the simplicity of operator, the movement are stable, the expense is low, sludge output few characteristics. And the preliminary estimate indicated that this craft can bring the good economic efficiency and the environment benefit. Some detailed calculations of constructions including grid，SBR tank，sludge thickener and other structures were completed in the design.
