互联网背景下企业员工忠诚度研究 摘 要 在“互联网+”的背景下,随着社会经济和市场的不断竞争进展,并且朝着以人为本的目标前行, 人 资源、物力和财 资源的成本在人 资源治理中的地位越来越高。企业间的竞争转变为人才的 竞争。因此,企业与员工之间的关系就应运而生了,可以通过员工忠诚度来找出这些因素的改变数 据。本文是从以下三个步骤来分析的:首先,根据国际上多个国家的情况和制定法律法规来得出员 工忠诚度的具体含义和提高员工忠诚度的意义,深入研究和探讨企业员工忠诚度;其次,探究互联 网的背后。针对这种情况,本文分析了公司现有员工对公司忠诚度的现状和主要影响因素;为了进 一步分析和探究企业提高员工忠诚度的实践参考依据,最终找出应对员工忠诚度增加的合理措施, 这就大大的促进了员工 体的成立,使得人 资源能够得到合理控制,为公司的循环利用资源提供 理论依据。本文选择了网络的进步为背景,分析影响员工忠诚度的影响因素,提出促进企业长期、 稳定、健康进展的路径选择。 关键词 :员工忠诚度;影响因素;主要问题;成因;路径选择 Research On Employee Loyalty In The Context Of Internet Abstract Under the background of Internet +, the cost of human resources, material resources and financial resources has become more and more important in human resources management with the continuous competitive development of the social economy and the market, and moving toward the goal of putting people first. The competition among enterprises is transformed into the competition of talents.
