无锡鑫承财务公司筹资问题及研究 摘 要 筹资治理是指企业通过融资渠道和资本市场为自身有效地筹集所需资金的财务行为。筹资治 理的目的是扩展企业的 产经营规模，提高自身的经济效益。如果投资项目未能实现估计的利润， 则会影响企业的盈利能力和偿债能力。在市场经济条件下，由于市场条件的快速改变，企业的竞争 压力越来越大，很简单造成决策错误和治理措施不当，使得募集资金的使用效益波动非常大。 本 文研究了无锡鑫承财务公司的融资治理存在的问题，如融资方式的选择和融资危险等。并 且探讨了这些问题产生的原因，即融资方式选择不当和内部融资危险的产生因素等。最终提出了解 决这些问题的方法，如加强内部治理，治理和控制融资危险等。 关键词 ：企业 ；财务；筹资治理；危险 Abstract Financing management refers to the financial behavior of enterprises to effectively raise needed funds for themselves through financing channels and capital markets. The purpose of fund-raising management is to expand the scale of production and operation of enterprises and improve their own economic benefits. If the investment project fails to achieve the expected profit, it will affect the profitability and solvency of the enterprise. Under the condition of market economy, due to the rapid changes of market conditions, the competitive pressure of enterprises is increasing. It is easy to make mistakes in decision-making and improper management measures, which makes the use efficiency of raised funds fluctuate greatly. This paper studies the problems existing in the financing management of Wuxi Xincheng Finance Company, such as the choice of financing methods and financing risks. Furthermore, the causes of these problems are also discussed, i.e. improper choice of financing methods and factors causing internal financing risks. Finally, the paper puts forward some methods to solve these problems, such as strengthening internal governance, managing and controlling financing risks, etc. Key words: Enterprises; Finance; Financing management; Risk
