重庆大学硕士学位论文 英文摘要 ABSTRACT China has been the largest county of iron production and consumption, but there are still big challenges in many aspects, such as the quality of products, variety structure, energy consumption, resource application, environment protection, sevices, administration and maket share. In order to have a leapfrog and sustainable development for our iron industy in such an information-based society, we must have the iron industy informationized. Spesifically to the Hot Strip Rolling Mill Plant of Chongqing Iron ＆ Steel Company Limited(CISC), it is essential to grasp the opportunity of informatization to improve the distribution of iron production and resource, as well as regrouping business process. Besides, we must make all the guide lines, such as the quality of the production, cost of the production, funds turnover rate, to meet the domestic advanced leve by using advanced, profitable and mature information technology in the coporate resource plan and Supply Chain Management. Consequently sharping the edge of the Hot Strip Rolling Mill Plant of CISC and narrowing the gap between us and international iron industy by technics modernization, connotation and extension intensive administration, resource and energy circulation and economic results optimization. In this paper, the basic information of domestic iron industry and the Hot Strip Rolling Mill Plant of CISC were introduced; the goal and significance of information conduction were investigated.
