摘要 本设计是浙江省兰溪市墩头镇污水治理工程中污水处理厂的初步设计。 设计规模为 3 万吨/天，设计水质 pH=6.95; BOD=200mg/L; COD=300mg/L; SS=180mg/L; NH 4-N=40mg/L, 设计出水水质 pH=6.95; BOD ≤20mg/L; COD ≤20mg/L; SS≤30mg/L; NH3-N ≤20mg/L 要 求满足国家污水处理二级排放标准 . 主体工艺采用： 原水 → 潜水泵 → 沉砂池 → 初沉池 → 曝气池 → 消毒池， 沉砂池采用涡流沉砂池； 初沉池采用平流沉淀池； 曝气池采用在 UNITANK 新工艺； 消毒采用加氯接触消毒。 关键词： 污水污泥处理， UINTANK ，脱氮除磷 - I - Abstract This design is a primary design of sewage treatment plant in the sewage treated project in town Duntou, Zhejiang province. The design scare is 3 30000m /d.The primary water quality is as following: PH=6.95, BOD=200mg/L, COD=300mg/L, SS=180mg/L, NH 3 -N=40mg/L; and the quality of treated water need reach the Secondary State Drainage Standard of Sewage Treatment that is PH=6.95, BOD=20mg/L, COD=20mg/L, SS=30mg/L, NH 4-N=20mg/L. the main process adopts a treated structure that consists of sand disposed pool, primary subsiding pool, biochemistry treatment pool and antisepsis pool. In biochemistry treatment pool we choose UNITANK process whose both construction and operation are perfect. The antisepsis pool adopts adding chlorin for Inter - antisepsis.
