As a new commercial model in the 21st century, it has unlimited and broad prospects. All countries in the world have been developing e-commerce actively. In China e-commerce has got development in a certain degree in base facilities infrastructure, e-commerce regulations, general economic laws but also in theoretical researches and operation. Simultaneously e-commerce also gives a challenge to government and enterprises. Chinese government should create a social environment for the development of e-commerce that is suitable to our national condition, strengthen the legal environment offer fair competition environment and good service conditions, enhance the theoretical researches of e-commerce, cultivate professional intellects and provide favorable micro-environment and macro-environment for its development. As for the enterprises, they should strengthen the informationalization construction, enhance the exploration and utilization of their information resources, take supplying chain management, reconstruct their business process, recomme
