钣金下料划线器设计 Design on Plate Work Yummy Treats Scriber （山东交通学院毕业论文 ） ［摘 要］随着经济的发展、社会的进步、人民生活水平的日益提高，各种各样的管道被 日益广泛应用于工业、农业和日常生活中。此种钣金下料划线器，是一种用于管道连接中 相贯线绘制的、新型的划线器。 目前，在各种管道的连接中主要采用连接件——多通管，如：三通管、四通管。这不 但浪费了材料、增加了成本，而且管道的直径也受到一定的限制。本次设计的划线器就是 为了解决这一问题。其直接在管道上画出连接的相贯线，然后，沿相贯线割除材料，最后 直接把两管道焊接在一起。这样不但省去了连接件，使连接更可靠，而且解决了管道直径 受连接件限制这一问题。 本划线器能绘制管道连接中， 两轴线相交的各种相贯线。 划线器由三个基本部分构成： 定位夹紧装置、划线装置和测度装置。 定位装置：主要用来是准确的找到所要下料管道的轴线。保证画出的相贯线在准确的 位置，以确保焊接后两管道的轴线相交。此外，点位装置还起到固定和支撑划线和测度装 置的作用。 划线装置：主要用来准确、高效、清晰的在管道上画出所需相贯线。 测度装置：用来确定两管道轴线的夹角。 关键词 ］钳工、钣金、管道连接、划线、划线器 Abstract：Along with the economical development, societys progress, the lives of the people level daily enhancement, various pipeline widely is applied day by day in the industry, the agriculture and the daily life. This kind of plate work yummy treats scriber, is one kind uses in the pipeline connection the transversal plan, the new scriber. At present, mainly uses the bridge piece - - multi-siphunculi in each kind of pipeline connection, for example: Three-way pipe, four-way pipe. Not only this wasted the material, increased the cost, moreover the pipeline diameter also received certain limit. This design scriber is in order to solve this problem. It directly draws the connection on the pipeline the transversal, then, excises the material along the transversal, finally two pipelines welds directly in together. Not only like this has omitted the bridge piece, causes the connection to be more reliable, moreover solved the pipeline diameter to limit the bridge piece this question.
