高中英语第一次作业 沙洲中学 蔡玉芳 (zjg1856) 1.如何开展有效的集体备课?搞好集体备课有什么意义? 集体备课是提高备课质量的一种重要形式。它集思广益,将个人才智转化为集体优势,共同提高教学质量。 首先,确立主备课人进行初备。主备课人确立后,主备人围绕思考提纲将主备的教学内容深入吃透,梳理出教学内容的知识点和教学目标,确定好教学的重难点。并就教学目标的达成,教学重难点的突破作深入的思考和设计,然后形成交流意见。其次,备课组成员集体交流。备课组成员根据主备人的学案初稿,结合教学内容,进一步商讨本课的重难点和以及突破这些重难点所采用的方法。对于课本上没有或该要的内容,教师要不要去补充;在哪些环节和思路上我们还存在疑惑和障碍等。第三,形成教案和学案。根据讨论的结果,由主备课人执笔形成一个带有自己教学思想的学案。最后,形成个性化的教案。教案形成后,每个老师根据自己班的学情,自己的教学风格,个人的性格特征等再做一些调整,写成自己的教案,即个性的教案。但是不论个性是怎样的,对教学目标的把握是一致的,课时设计的思路是一致的,最终达成的效果也应该是一致的。 搞好集体备课的意义: 集体备课是针对教学中共同关心的问题而进行研究讨论的业务活动.以保证依据课程标准、教学大纲的统一要求进行正常教学,同时充分发挥每位教师的积极性,依靠集体的智慧共同搞好教学,不断提高教学质量。通过集体备课还有利于教师之间感情的融洽,增强团结,互相学习,取长补短。另外,集体备课是帮助新教师迅速提高教学能力的最有效的活动. 2.简述“Friendship这堂课的教学过程?你从这堂课中学到了些什么?你认为这堂课还有哪些方面还可以改进?
