PAGE PAGE 1 四川师范大学文理学院本科毕业论文 对个人隐私泄漏的研究 学生姓名 邓 坤 武 院系名称 政治与法律学院 专业名称 法学（司法行政） 班 级 2009级法学2班 学 号 200913075203 指导教师 李 建 军 对个人隐私泄漏的研究 学生姓名： 邓坤武 指导教师：李建军 内容摘要： 随着社会的进步，人们的法律意识逐渐增强，个人隐私的保护也渐渐引起了人们的关注。隐私权作为人格权的重要组成部分，世界各个国家对隐私权的研究和保护都十分重视。有的国家专门立法保护，也有部分国家将隐私权的保护分散到各个法律当中。我国民事法律的发展相对缓慢，对隐私权的保护也相对滞后，在立法上缺乏专门的法典，在隐私权受到侵犯时，是根据分散在各个法律中的条款进行保护，导致对隐私的保护力度不够，使得现实生活中侵犯个人隐私权的行为常有发生，往往会对被泄漏者造成严重的损害。为了适应日益发展的市场经济的需求，我国法学界对民事立法中的隐私权保护问题也加快了脚步。目前，在隐私权的保护上，制定的法律法规已逐渐完善，但没有形成专门的法典，只是参照了人格权的保护来进行模式保护。根据我过现在的立法制度，结合国外的立法研究成果，就隐私权的范围、保护措施进行了浅析。 关键词：隐私权 泄漏 保护 立法保护 Study on the leakage of personal information Abstract： With the progress of society, peoples growing legal awareness protection of personal privacy is also gradually attracted peoples attention. privacy as an important part of the personality right, in every country of the world the research and protection of privacy very seriously.
