饮用水硝酸盐氮的测定 饮用水硝酸盐氮的测定 饮用水硝酸盐氮的测定 摘要 ：用紫外分光光度法测定饮用水、地下水中的硝酸盐氮，在0~4mg/L范围内硝酸盐氮的浓度与在220nm 、275nm的吸光度呈线性关系，相关系数r=0.9998。测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.2%，检出限为0.023mg/L. 与 酚二磺酸光度法进行比对，经F和t检验，两种方法无显著性差异。 关键词：紫外分光光度法；饮用水；硝酸盐氮 Abstract: With ultraviolet spectrophotometry to test the nitrate nitrogen in drinking water and ground water, it concludes that in 0~4mg/L, the concentration of nitrate nitrogen presents linear relation with it’s absorbance in 220nm and 275nm, and related coefficient of r=0.9998.
