The logistics distribution has an impact on the e-commerce, which presents not only its technological innovation but the needs of the environmental revolution and the development of the electronic commerce enterprise. The present thesis first will have carried on the elaboration to the present development situation of domestic e-commerce and logistics distribution and the existent problem of logistics distribution on the area of electronic commerce. Secondly, it will have an explanation of the relationship, the characteristic and its necessity of e-commerce and the logistics distribution. And then it will focuses on illustrating several issues listed as follows: 1. analysis of their superior position based on logistics distribution mode 2. analysis of own specific situation 3. adopt suitable logistics distribution mode applying AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 4. how to use the above conditions to achieve the purpose of efficient logistics, meet the demand of the enterprise development and increase enterprises competitiveness.
