电子商务系统信用机制研究

摘要
电子商务模式被认为是21 世纪商务运作的主流模式,电子商务代表着未来贸易方式的开展方向,其应用推广将给各成员国带来更多的贸易时机,但随着电子商务的不断开展,关于电子商务的负面新闻不断,时至今日,信任匮乏成了制约了电子商务快速、安康开展的一个顽疾。由于缺乏有效的管理和制度保证,有时,在线交易的风险变得无法确知,通过网上开店进展欺诈的情况愈演愈烈;进而,相互间的缺乏信任,又导致网上交易的效率大幅下降,这些都极大地增加了交易本钱,信用体系的不健全已经成为制约电子商务进一步开展的重要瓶颈问题。因此,尽快建立和完善电子商务信用管理制度已是当务之急。
本课题我以的电子商务系统的信用机制研究作为研究对象,从电子商务系统中成员信用缺失入手,阐述了信用与电子商务系统的关系,分析了企业电子商务系统信用问题产生的原因,以及信用作为电子商务系统治理工具的可行性。同时结合我国当前的经济情况,说明电子商务系统中信用机制建立的重要性,也希望从中尽可能多的找出如何构建电子商务系统关系中信用机制的思路和方法。

ABSTRACT
