大数据环境下广州市旅游企业管理模式的研究 内 容 摘 要 2019 年中国旅游业总收入达到 6.63 万亿元，且旅游行业GDP 占GDP总量 11.05%,其中大数据为旅游行业打下了结实的基础。大数据环境下的数据利用运 用已经较为成熟，信息时代下的旅游企业发展离不开大数据来寻求适合自身的管 理模式。运用了文献分析法过在知网等网站查阅近年来旅游行业发展趋势的文 献，以及对旅游企业内部环境的优势、劣势、威胁和机会进行分析以及进行对广 州市旅游企业进行问卷调查，研究结果表明广州市旅游企业存在以下问题；一是 线上旅游服务管理不完善，二是旅游项目规划及建设缺乏监管，三是企业内部管 理制度不健全，四是缺乏优秀的企业文化。虽然现在处于信息时代，但广州市旅 游企业对于信息的把控不及时是问题出现的根本原因，通过大数据解决信息滞后 等问题，将有助于广州市旅游企业的发展，总结归纳具体的解决应对方法，以此 能够给广州市旅游企业进一步的发展带来借鉴经验。 关键词：大数据；旅游企业；管理模式；广州市 1 Research on the Management Model of Tourism Enterprises in Guangzhou under Big Data Environment Abstract In 2019, the total revenue of Chinas tourism industry reached 6.63 trillion yuan, and the GDP of the tourism industry accounted for 11.05% of the total GDP. Among them, big data laid a solid foundation for the tourism industry. The use of data in the big data environment is relatively mature, and the development of tourism enterprises in the information age is inseparable from the development of big data to find a suitable management model. I have used the literature analysis method to check the literature on the development trend of the tourism industry in recent years on websites such as HowNet, SWOT analysis of the advantages, disadvantages, threats and opportunities of the internal environment of tourism enterprises, as well as a questionnaire survey and research on Guangzhou tourism enterprises.
