城镇低效用地改造——以浙江地区为例 摘要 土地资源是经济进展的基础。经济社会的不断进展意味着对土地资源的不断开发，这样 后备土地资源越来越少，这就使得提高土地利用效率问题越来越迫切。如今土地越来越稀缺， 如何高效地利用低效能土地，成为现阶段土地资源治理部 的议题。本文首先分析了城镇土 地低效用地基本情况，然后分析了城镇低效用地开发利用的必要性，最终提出了开发利用城 镇低效用地的对策。关键词 ：土地利用，低效用地，对策土地是人类生存、进展的基础和载体， 土地资源的有限性也使得城镇土地后备资源的稀缺 问题越来越严峻。土地资源的合理利用直 接关系到社会经济的可持续进展 问题。我国城镇化进程已经开展了十多年，并处在快速进展 阶段。现阶段我国城镇低效用地 问题已经呈现,并对中国城镇化进程产生了深刻影响。因此一 定探究利用城镇低效用地的政策，最大化地提高城镇土地利用效率。 关键词 ：城镇低效用地；浙江地区；土地利用效率 Abstract Land resource is the foundation of economic development. The continuous development of economy and society means the continuous development of land resources, so that the reserve land resources are less and less. Today, more and more scarce land, how to effectively use inefficient land, land management departments at this stage of the issue. This paper first analyzes the basic situation of the inefficient land use of urban land, and then analyzes the necessity of the development and utilization of inefficient urban land. The rational utilization of land resources is directly related to the sustainable development of social economy.
