PAGE PAGE 40 杭州市上城区居住环境适宜性主客观评价研究 摘要：在城市化的高速发展时期，许多城市正在从粗放型城市向集约型城市转型，在这一城市建设发展的过程中，城市的规划和建设尤为需要关注城市居民的居住满意度，从而提升整个城市的居住水平和生活质量。而一个区域的居住环境适宜性评价能够使地方政府很快地了解其区域内的居住基本状况，如自然环境、人文环境、安全设施、交通便利程度等，并根据当地居民的居住环境满意度调查，做出相关问题政策上的改善。 本文首先通过文献的参考，总结了城市居住环境适宜性评价的研究，为之后的指标体系设计提供借鉴，同时也总结了城市居住适宜性评价总体框架，为技术路线的设计奠定基础；其次，通过上城区9年的年鉴，对上城区的城市居住环境进行宏观上的了解和评价；再次，基于居住环境适宜性评价指标的重要性调查，通过计算均值和方差筛选出重要的评价指标，而后通过调查问卷、主成分分析和熵技术修正权重的方法，得出每项指标的权重，以此确定最终的指标体系；之后，基于居住环境适宜性评价指标的满意度调查，得出上城区居住环境适宜性评价等级和六个街道的等级排序；最后，为政府、开发商及消费者提出相关意见和方案措施。 关键词：居住环境适宜性，评价指标体系，主成分分析，熵技术 Research On The Subjective and Objective Evaluation Of The Inhabited Environment In Shangcheng District Abstract: Because of the urbanization, a number of cities have been transformed from extensive form to intensive form. During the urban construction, it is significant to emphasize on the residential satisfaction in order to improve the living standard and quality. Besides, the evaluation of the inhabited environment is able to assist government to get understand the basic condition of a district efficiently, such as the natural environment, humanistic environment, security infrastructure, traffic convenience, etc. Based on the questionnaire of residential satisfaction, the government could settle the related problems for improvement. Firstly, with the references, this paper summarized the target about the evaluation of the inhabited environment for the target designing. On top of this, the paper also summarized the frame of the evaluation for the sake of the technical route designing. Secondly, this paper has learned and evaluated the residential environment of Shangcheng district through the 9-year almanacs. Thirdly, on the basis of the questionnaire, filtrate target by means of average and variance calculation. Meanwhile, work out the target weight through the survey, principle component analysis and information entropy method for confirming the final target system.
