Teacher Procedure:
1. Warming up:
Step1:Sing a song :Number song
Step2:Review the number 1to15
2. Meaning :
Step 1: Learn the new number from 16 to one hundred. Mention the new words:
eight, twenty, thirty, forty, fifty, eighty, one hundred.
e.g. 8+8=16 What?s eight and eight? It is sixteen.
Step2: Show the number cards and read the number.
Then help the pupils to summary up the numbers.
Step3: Game : What number can you see?

At first the teacher show the card slowly , then the teacher show the card
faster and ask the pupils What number can you see?“ ” .The pupil will answer.
Step 4: Game 2: Put some cards on the desk and P1 chose one card , Then the
other pupil ask : “ What number ?” P1 answer: Ten“ ” P2: Yes, It?s ten.” P1 and
P2 will get the mark.
3. Use:
Step1: Teacher give a demo.Use the number to do the sum.
e.g. ten and twenty is…
eleven and five is…
Ask the question:What?s …and …?
Step2: Practice in groups.
Step 3:Check the result.
Step4: Have a match .
4. Form:
Step1: Teacher write the numbers on the blackboard and read them.
Step2: Write down the number on the exercise book.
5. Homework : 1.Read the number and recite them.
2.Use the number do the sum with your classmate.
