PAGE PAGE 55 摘要 本设计为XX市正华小区商住楼给排水系统设计。高度为53.89m,共十八层。地下一层为设备用房，层高为3.2m；地上一、二层为商铺，其中一层为3.9m,二层为3.59m；三至十八层为住宅，层高都为2.9m。本设计的主要内容为：建筑给水系统的设计、建筑排水系统的设计、建筑消防系统的设计、屋面雨水系统设计。 建筑给水系统采用分区给水的方式：低区为地下室到四层，由市政管网直接供水。中区为五层到十一层，高区为十二层到十八层，由无负压变频设备供水；建筑消防系统采用设水泵水箱的临时高压给水系统；建筑排水系统采用污、废合流制排水，三层排水单独排放。采用特制配件的单立管排水系统，且要设置伸顶通气管；屋面雨水采用重力外排水的方式。 关键词：高层建筑；给水系统；消防系统；排水系统；雨水系统； Abstract This project is the water-supply and drainage system design of commercial and residential building at the zhenghua community in Tianjin.The total high of the building is?53.89?m,18 layers.Underground layer is equipment rooms, the floor is 3.2m; Ground first and second floor are shops , one of which is 3.9m, the second floor is 3.59m; Three to eighteen floors are residential, the floor is 2.9m. The design includes the design of Water supply-system, fire water-supply system, sewerage system and rain water system. The water supply system is applied by vertical division block ,the -1~4rd floor is the low district, water of which is supplied directly by the municipal pipe network. The 5~11rd floor is the middle district, The 12~18rd floor is the high district, which source is frequency conversion and no negative pressure device. The fire water-supply system adopt temporary high-pressure system with water tank and water pump. The drainage system uses the sewage and the waste confluence system, Third floor drainage individual. Using special parts of the single stack drainage system, the upright draining pipes are equipped with the ventilating pipes. The roof drainage system is an outside drainage system.
