Key words： hyperteion;influence facto;logistic models 高血压是常见的心血管病，也是我国人群脑卒中和冠心病发病的最重要危险因素。随着社会 经济 的 发展 ，人们生活方式的改变，广州市高血压防治工作形势不容乐观。本文利用2004年广州市主要慢性非传染性疾病基线调查中的高血压调查资料，分析城乡居民高血压患病的相关危险因素，为广州市高血压防治提供科学依据。 1 对象与方法 11 对象 采用多阶段随机抽样方法，在全市13个区、县级市随机抽取1个街／乡镇，再随机从样本街道／镇中抽取5个居委会/村，在抽中的村／居委中随机抽取100户家庭为调查样本户，对每个住户全部15岁以上的家庭成员进行询问调查及医学体检，再随机从总样本中抽取25％户进行实验室检测。 12 方法 (1)询问调查：采用入户面对面调查的方法对家庭的
