(一)、Step 1 Free talk
1、T: Which holiday do you know? (Stop for a while.)
Ss: (PPT图片) What holiday is this? It’s New Years Day.(拿出卡片领读并板书)
Now please look and read after me. (PPT图片,同法学习新词Spring Festival, Halloween, Mid-Autumn Festival。)
2、T: There are many holidays. (PPT) What’s your favourite holiday? (教授favourite,板书,并请学生读该单词,注意纠正发音。)
T: What’s your favourite holiday?(领读句型数遍)
T: My favourite holiday is Spring Festival. (PPT显示句型) What’s your favourite holiday?
Ss: Practice and answer.
3、T: (PPT圣诞节动画) Look, what holiday is this?
T: Yes, its Christmas. Whens Christmas?
S: Its on the 25th of December.
T: Right, its on the 25th of December. It’s in December.
