PAGE PAGE 20 我国家族企业的公司治理问题研究 摘要：本文通过回顾国内外理论研究，用标准的分析和定性分析方法，研究典型案例作为互补，发挥经济和管理系统的专业知识深厚探讨家族企业治理机制。论文遵循以下的逻辑基础“理论基础→案例讨论→对策研究”，主要从家族企业内部治理的理论基础、我国家族企业治理机制构建（具体以国美电器控制权之争为例）、优化我国家族企业治理的建议和对策四个方面系统得展开研究合讨论。 关键词：家族企业；内部治理；治理机制 Research on family business governance problem Abstract: This paper deeply reviews the theoretical research at home and abroad, to explore family business governance mechanisms using standard analysis and qualitative analysis, a typical case study as complementary, play to the economic and management systems expertise. The thesis following the logic ideas of “theoretical
