PAGE 国有商业银行激励机制的构建—以A国有商业银行为例 摘要 本文在对研究目的与研究价值、A国有商业银行具体情况进行阐述后,以问卷调查的方式收集A国有商业银行的数据,分析A国有商业银行员工激励的现状及存在的问题:薪酬较低、激励方式单一、员工晋升原因不统一、员工培训困难大、激励短期性等。最后结合A国有商业银行的具体情况,总结出其激励机制构建的前提假设及构建过程,结合马斯诺需求理论及亚当斯的公平理论,归纳出A国有商业银行激励机制的具体内容——晋升与绩效相结合、物质与精神相结合、长期与短期相结合、个人与群体相结合,由前提假设、构建过程和具体内容共同完成A国有商业银行激励机制的构建。 关键词:激励机制 国有商业银行 培训 晋升 Abstract Based on research purposes and research value, A state-owned commercial Banks after elaborates the specific situation, collect A state-owned commercial bank in the form of questionnaire survey data, analysis of A state-owned commercial bank employees incentive status and the existing problems: low pay, incentives do not have A unified single reason, employee promotion, staff training, difficulty big, short-range incentives, etc. Finally under the condition of A state-owned commercial bank, summarizes the assumptions of the incentive mechanism building and the building process, combined with the horse snow demand theory and equity theory of Adams, induces A specific content of incentive mechanism of state-owned commercial Banks - promotion combining with performance, material and spirit, long-term and short-term combination, combination of individuals and groups by the premise, the build process, and specific content to A building the incentive mechanism of state-owned commercial Banks.
