管理会计在中小民营中应用 管理会计在中小民营中应用 管理会计在中小民营中应用 管理睬计在我公民营公司应用与发展 以闲步者股份公司为例 学生姓名：徐祥辉 指导老师：张杰 纲要：公司是以盈余为目的的，运用自己所掌握的生产资料，进行生产运作的社会经济组织。在其生产过程中，除开生产成本以外，还会产生一部分的价外花费，对公司收益的实现，拥有很大的影响作用。在经济全世界化、复杂多变、竞争强烈的环境下，降低产品生产成本，提高产品毛利率，是公司谋求经济效益所一定努力的方向；在降低产品成本的同时，还要着力于翻开产品的销售市场，提高产品售价与销量，可是市场局势变化比较复杂。在提高销量和售价的过程中间，因为市场经济的不稳固要素，提高产品售价与销量，显得不简单被人为控制。所以，控制产品生产成本，在公司平时经营活动中尤其重要。 陪伴着经济全世界化以及竞争强烈的环境，公司的发展与目前财务会计工作产生了矛盾，财务会计的滞后性更加严重。 而在此刻的发展阶段，我国的民营公司的发展规模较小，内部的管理也其实不算完美，所以我公民营公司的发展遇到了必定的拘束。为了能在竞争强烈的市场中获取生计的地位，民营公司就一定要完美自己的管理系统，进行更为有效的财务会计管理。管理睬计直接对公司的管理负责，相对于财务会计，管理睬计更为着重公司经营现状、对公司经营的远景规划、更多的是让财务会计参加到管理工作中来。但是，管理睬计在公司中的现状不容乐观。所以本论文选用了管理睬计作为研究对象，经过对闲步者公司的管理睬计进行研究及剖析，针对管理睬计怎样在我国中小民营公司中应用与实践、以及怎样解决中小民营业发展中存在的系列问题进行仔细的剖析以对目前民营公司的管理睬计的现状提出更好地建议以及问题的对付解决方法。 要点词：管理睬计 估算管理 成本控制 内部控制 Management Accounting Application and Development of Private Enterprises In China - A Case Study Cruiser ag Student ：Xu Xianghui Instructor ：Zhang Jie Abstract Abstract: Companies in terms of profits for the purpose of using their own disposal of production, socio-economic organization of production operations.
